I bought them because, although I've always preferred to go
barefoot, my feet, hips and joints were hurting. So I wanted
a shoe to slip on in the house - be able to wear in the
yard, and be comfortable. These are great. I would say
though they are not so good for my yard as, of course, there
is no ankle support, making it too easy to twist my foot.

These were a backup pair. I love these shoes. They feel like
walking in slippers that happen to have an especially good
foot bed. I wear a "D" width in regular sizing, but I've
bought Easy Spirit Walkers before and knew they run a little
narrow. So, I ordered the WideWide width and they're
perfectly sized for "D" feet. The Easy Spirit foot bed suits
my medium-high arch feet well. I can walk a long time
without foot pain. I like all the colors & smooth, smallish
bulk of the shoe -- nothing like wearing huge, "herring
boxes" athletic shoes.

My mother typically wears a 6.5 wide, but I have always been
told to size up a half size when buying sneakers. Because
these looked enough like sneakers, I ordered the 7 wide for
her for Mother's Day. SHE LOVES THEM!!! She doesn't spend
much on herself or her shoes so I thought I'd grab these at
what I thought was an awesome price and send them her way.
She loves that they are easy to slide into, and she really
needs good support (which she doesn't splurge on but

After having foot surgery, I needed a shoe that was both
soft on the uppers and yet had good support. This shoe was
perfect. I did buy it to accommodate a bandage around my
foot so the extra width worked well. It is easy to slide on
and off. I also like that shipping and returns are free.
That in itself is a good deal!
